Drawing on over a century of crop nutrition experience, Yara established the Digital Farming unit - now Digital Ag Solutions (DAS) - 4 years ago to explore how technology could be used to impact farmer livelihoods and productivity. Today, DAS has built products for smallholder and professional farmers, retailers and other farming ecosystem stakeholders across Asia, Africa, the Americas and Europe.
We are an international team of engineers, scientists, researchers, designers and agronomists working together to achieve Yara’s goal to responsibly feed this world and protect the planet. Atfarm: Equips farmers and advisors with a range of digital farming tools to make the most profitable and sustainable crop nutrition decisions throughout the planting season.
FarmCare: Provides smallholder farmers with agronomic and farm management recommendations for various crops throughout the growing season.
Adapt-N: Enables agronomists to advice farmers on optimal nitrogen application to reduce excessive use.
YaraConnect : Connects Yara with last-mile retailers to unlock new value pools.
FarmGo: Connects farmers to peers and experts to gain hyperlocal insights and enable peer-to-peer connectivity.
FarmWaterAdvisor: Equips professional farmers to generate field-specific crop water demand forecasts and irrigation schedules using hyperlocal weather, field-specific soil data and agronomic models.
